Students or parents/guardians opt in during Reliant Nights check-in by entering a phone number and checking the SMS consent checkbox labeled:

When that checkbox is selected, the app stores SMS consent with the student profile and check-in record, including the time consent was collected.

Reliant Ministries may send SMS messages for event reminders, ministry follow-up, and leader-to-student discipleship conversations for students who have opted in.

The first leader message includes an introduction explaining who is texting and how message monitoring works for student safety.

Student phone numbers are used only by Reliant-controlled messaging systems and are not shown to leaders in the app. Leader messages are logged and monitored for student safety.

Student replies are visible in the app for conversation purposes and are not intended to be permanently retained unless a message requires safety or admin review.

You can opt out of Reliant Ministries text messages at any time by replying STOP. You can reply HELP for help information.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary based on Reliant events and ministry follow-up.
